Instructions for Presentations

Please prepare your presentation in 16:9 format PPT Slides in MS PowerPoint (version 2003 or later) saved as .pptx or .ppt. No other software for slides (e.g. Keynote) will be accepted.
Medium of presentation and content in the slides should be English only.
Presenters are requested to stick to the allotted time of 07 minutes for the presentation and 02 minutes for Q&A. Exceeding the time limit may invite penalty by the judges and also curtail the valuable time of questions.
Please submit your presentation at the Preview room preferably 1 day and at least 4 hours prior to the session. Kindly note that personal laptops and pen drives will not be allowed on the stage due to technical reasons.
If there are any videos in your presentation, please preview them to check that they run properly.
You are requested to bring the presentation on a pen drive and it cannot be downloaded from the internet.
Only generic names for drugs, tools etc. may be used and must not refer to any trade names.
Do not forget to include a slide declaring all potential conflicts of interest that could introduce any bias in the content of your presentation .
You are requested to be seated among the front rows of the hall at least 15 minutes before the start of the session and also to stay in the hall till the end of the session.

Please note that this is an E-poster. Please DO NOT bring a physical copy of the poster.
The E-poster should be prepared in the MS-PowerPoint slide, 16:9 Widescreen size, Landscape view.
Please submit your E-poster at the Preview Room on the first day of the conference so that it has maximum visibility .
You are requested to carry the E-poster on a pen drive and it cannot be downloaded from the internet.
The poster will be displayed on multiple screens and will be available for viewing on-demand throughout the conference.
Authors will present the posters to judges for the selection of the Best Poster Award. The date and time of the presentation will be communicated to you later .

Video should be maximum 05 minutes in length .
Q&A would be of 02 minutes after the Video.
It should include the relevant pre-op and post-op photos along with the surgical technique that you wish to discuss.
Video should be in MP4 or AVI format.
The video may have voice -over and / or English subtitles for easy understanding by the audience .
