We are delighted to have you join us for the 15th ASIA PACIFIC BURN CONFERENCE (APBC) 2025, taking place from 21^st to 24^th August 2025 at the Taj Cidade de Horizon, Goa. 🏖🏨

To ensure you have a seamless and pleasant journey to the conference, we’ve outlined the optimal travel options below. ✈🚖

Arrival in Goa:
We kindly request that you plan your arrival in Goa by the morning of 21st August to ensure that you can easily check in and participate in the conference sessions, which will begin in the afternoon. 🕘🧳

By Air:
🛫 The closest airport to the venue is Dabolim International Airport (GOI), located about 40 minutes away from the Taj Cidade de Horizon.
🛬 Manohar International Airport – MOPA (GOX), located about 1hr 10 minutes away from the Taj Cidade de Horizon.

By Train:
🚆 The nearest railway station is Karmali Train Station, situated about 30 minutes from the venue.

Departure from Goa:
📆 The conference will conclude at 1 PM on 24^th August 2025 followed by lunch, and we suggest scheduling your return travel for the evening of 24^th August to allow for a comfortable departure. 🧳✈

Travel Tips:
• 🚖 Transport to Venue: Taxis and private transport options are available from both Dabolim International Airport and Manohar International Airport as well as Karmali Train Station to the conference venue.
• 🚕 Taxi counters are located near both the airport exit gates. 💸 Fare: approximately ranging between INR 1000 - INR 1700 (one way)

🚗 Cab Goa Travels:

🔹 💰 18% GST is applicable on the above charges. Payment can be made directly to the travel agency upon arrival.
